How do I get technical support?

Can I get an extension of my evaluation?
If you need additional evaluation time, you can opt to move forward with the 5-user plan for 30 days. During those 30 days, if you decide the service isn’t for you, the subscription is fully refundable – no questions asked.

Just Contact Us before the end of your first billing period (30 days) and we will process the refund and send a confirmation when complete.

End of your Evaluation

What happens when an evaluation is about to expire?
New Customers: will receive a reminder email with instructions on how to continue using Metal Suppliers Online.

Monthly Customers: If you are on a monthly subscription, a reminder email will be sent to your billing contacts prior to the end of the trial indicating details of the charges to be applied to your next billing cycle.

Annual Customers: If you are on an annual subscription the trial will automatically expire and a quote would be sent to the billing contacts if you wish to continue to use the application or add-on after the trial. There are no commitment to purchase at the end of the trial, so you won’t be billed for it automatically.

How do I add a credit card?
Simply contact our customer service team and they will handle this for you.

How do I request the annual payment option?

Monthly Customers

How is my bill calculated?
Your Metal Suppliers Online service is billed based on the number of users that can access your Metal Suppliers Online site at the end of your billing cycle. Any additional users added by your Account Administrators, which upgrades your current user tier, will be billed in the next monthly renewal date.

Example: If you have 9 Metal Suppliers Online users and add two more users in the following month, you will be charged at the 15 user tier at the end of the next billing cycle.

Your Account Administrator(s) can always disable users or application access prior to the renewal date to maintain your current user tier.

How do I switch payment plans?
At this time, it is not possible to change payment plans (monthly/annual) from a Metal Suppliers Online account within your Metal Suppliers Online site. Please Contact Us to ask about what is involved with switching.

How do I renew my annual subscription?
We will send renewal invoices within 30 days of your subscription expiration date. Feel free to Contact Us with any questions in this regard.

Canceling/Downgrading your Subscription

Will my monthly user tier be downgraded automatically if I remove active users?
Of course. If the number of licensed users at the time of your monthly subscription renewal is lower that your pricing tier, you will be downgraded to the lower pricing tier automatically.

What is the refund procedure for Metal Suppliers Online?
Refunds for Metal Suppliers Online are only available within the first paid month after the evaluation period for monthly subscriptions and within 30 days of payment for annual subscriptions. After these periods we cannot offer refunds.
